Our Programmes

Three Components. One Integrated System.

From crisis helpline to community hub to digital platform — every component connects to the next.

Our Role

We don't run projects. We build systems.

Youth Advocates exists to close the gap between a young person in crisis and the sustained support they need to reach independence. We do this by connecting three components that most organisations treat as separate: helpline, hub, and behaviour change.

Every referral from 393 feeds into a Hope Hub. Every Hope Hub is supported by SBC campaigns. Every SBC campaign drives more young people to 393. The loop is intentional.

1 Crisis contact via 393
2 Immediate counsellor response
3 Structured case management
4 Hope Hub referral
5 Skills and vocational training
6 Economic independence pathway
